The story
I know exactly what the leap costs. I priced it.
I spent years in finance, advising people on their money at one of the biggest banks in the world. It taught me something most coaches never learn: how money actually works. Revenue is a story. Profit is the truth. And most businesses, like most budgets, fail on math, not effort.
Then I became the person I'd have laughed at in a meeting: the one who left the stable career to coach. But I didn't leave on a feeling. I left on a plan, with a number, on a date. That's the difference I teach.
I trained at The Life Coach School and earned the Master Certified Coach designation, the deepest certification they offer. My background in psychology and instructional design is why the work here is structured, sequenced, and built to actually change behavior, not just inspire it for a weekend.
